Purchased via the webshop (internet)
Have you bought an item through our webshop but are not satisfied for some reason? You can exchange the item or request a refund. Almost all items you ordered through our webshop can be returned to our store within 14 days. The 14-day period starts from the moment you physically receive the item. You can also send the item back to our store. Any costs associated with returning the item, for which the right of withdrawal is exercised, are the customer's responsibility.

Conditions: The item must be complete, undamaged, unused, and in its original packaging.

Delivery times:

For home delivery of your order, Omid Carpets works with PostNL and GLS. We deliver your purchases at home via the PostNL parcel service or PostNL Extra@Home, depending on the weight and size of the items you order from us. PostNL parcel service orders are usually delivered within 2 - 4 working days. A signature is required upon delivery. With PostNL parcel service, the courier may also offer delivery to the neighbors. In that case, a signature is also required.

You may also pick up your order free of charge at our store.
