This type of carpet has also been known in Europe since the 19th and 20th centuries under the term 'Ziegler'. It is characterized by the use of many patterns in the form of flowers and plants. There is a bright central area and a more neutral outer border. In this carpet, the central area is clearly defined, creating almost a double dimension.
