This is a 'Chobi', which means ‘wood’ in Persian and refers to the wood tones present in this style. This type of carpet has also been known in Europe since the 19th and 20th centuries under the term 'Ziegler'. A characteristic feature is the use of many patterns in the form of flowers and plants. There is a bright central area and a more neutral outer border. The clear delimitation of the central area creates a double dimension.

This carpet has a traditional and generous character due to the dark blue, almost black color on a pastel-colored background. It’s as if you are seeing the night by moonlight. There is also quite a bit of subtle green and brown tones used here, which give small accents to the outer border and come forward very pleasantly in your interior.
